Nutrition at the retreat & after

Unlike other weight loss programmes, our nutrition plan is not just about cutting calories. It is about changing the way you eat so that you feel satisfied by what you eat so you are less likely to over eat or go for the wrong foods.

Our objective is to send you home with a better knowledge of the foods you should be eating & with lots of healthy, simple recipes. Again, giving you the information you need to help you to achieve permanent results.

In addition to the diet and recipes, you will also receive further education in the form of two nutrition workshops delivered by Nutritionist Therapist, Julia Fitzgerald. These workshops, which include a simple test for mineral deficiencies, ensure that you have all the tools you need to stay on track and achieve your weight loss.

  • Breakfast
    Summer fruits with honeyed oat topping
  • Morning Snack
    2 oatcakes with mixed nut spread
  • Lunch
    Carrot & Cumin Soup, Spanish Tortilla with Tomato & Green Salad
  • Afternoon
    Snack Vegetable crudités with aubergine dip
  • Dinner
    Thai fish cakes with rice noodles, steamed vegetables & chili dipping sauce
  • Dessert / Evening Snack
    Tropical fruit salad with yoghurt
