The Nutrition Plan

Meals provided during this week will not follow specific Tesco Diets Diet plans, they will however be approved by Tesco Diets nutritionists and follow government healthy eating guidelines. Unlike most weight loss programmes the Tesco Weight Loss Retreats nutritional programme does not aim to cut calories but to change the way you eat so that you feel satisfied by what you eat and less inclined to over eat or go for the wrong foods. Full of delicious healthy recipes, you certainly won't be hungry! Throughout the week you will also take part in work - shops aimed at educating you on the best foods for your diet. If you have any specific dietary requirements please indicate when booking on the Nutrition and Exercise Questionnaire.


Sample Daily Menu

  • Breakfast
    Summer fruits with honeyed oat topping
  • Morning Snack
    2 oatcakes with mixed nut spread
  • Lunch
    Carrot & Cumin Soup, Spanish Tortilla with Tomato & Green Salad
  • Afternoon
    Snack Vegetable crudités with aubergine dip
  • Dinner
    Thai fish cakes with rice noodles, steamed vegetables & chili dipping sauce
  • Dessert / Evening Snack
    Tropical fruit salad with yoghurt

NB: No alcohol will be available or served during the week.
