Health Manager

Our Health Manager is an experienced sports woman having competed at European and National level. She is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Sports Therapist and Massage Therapist. She has also trained in nutrition, weight managment, fitness testing, circuit training, speed and agility training. Her expertise is in team style exercise sessions and works with field based clubs ranging from youths to adults.

Life Coach

Our Life coach has worked in the fitness industry for 26 years, starting as an aerobic instructor and then moving into personal training. She now works as a life coach running slimming and confidence courses.

Exercise Specialist

Our Exercise Specialist has a degree in Sports Coaching and Development from Cardiff University. She is the head coach at a sports development centre in Wales and is a European and National athlete. She has also studied nutrition and sports psycology.

Personal trainer

Our Personal Trainer has an honours degree in Sports Science and has also completed the following courses, Cardiac Rehabilitation, BAWLA Leader Award, Future Fit Torso Training and Core Stability and is a GP referral personal trainer with over 10 years experience.

Nutritionist

Our nutritionist has an honours degree in Health Sciences, Nutritional Therapy and is a registered member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists.

Yoga Instructor

Our yoga instructor has 25 years experience of practising yoga including 10 years of teaching experience.
