Health Manager - Julie Brealy
Julie is an experienced sports women having competed at European and National level. She is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Sports Therapist and Massage Therapist. She shares her knowledge of anatomy and physiology with clients relating to their exercise and injuries. Julie has also trained in nutrition, weight managment, fitness testing, circuit training, speed and agility training. Her expertise is in team style exercise sessions and works with field based clubs ranging from youths to adults.
Life Coach - Nikki Kesteven
Nikki has worked in the fitness industry for 26 years. She started as an aerobic instructor and then moved into personal training. She now works as a life coach running slimming and confidence courses. Nikki is very passionate about health and fitness which is obvious to see in her dynamic Life Coaching workshops. Nikki is a qualified hypnotherapist and has a Masters in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Exercise Specialist - Sian Cheedy
Sian successfully completed a degree in Sports Coaching and Development at Cardiff University. She is the head coach at a sports development centre in Wales and is a European and National athlete. She has also studied nutrition and sports psycology. Her expertise is in motivating and getting the best out of individuals.
Personal trainer - James Quirck
James was awarded an honours degree in Sports Science. Since leaving university James has carried on his Sports Science studies and has successfully completed the following courses, Cardiac Rehabilitation, BAWLA Leader Award, Future Fit Torso Training and Core Stability and is a GP referral personal trainer. James has over ten years experience in the health and fitness industry.
Nutritionist - Julia Fitzgerald
Julia studied at the University of Westminster and was awarded an honours degree in Health Sciences, Nutritional Therapy, along with the student of the Year Award. Her training included anatomy, biochemistry, physiology and pharmacology, in addition to nutritional therapeutics and over 300 hours of clinical practice. Julia is a registered member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapist.
Yoga Instructor - Sheena Bailey
Sheena has practised yoga for 25 years and taught for 10, in a variety of settings - Adult community learning centres, fitness centres, secondary schools, sure start centres and one to one sessions privately. Sheena works equally well with all abilities and holds the certificate - Education in special needs. Continuing her professional development she now observes and advises trainee teachers on the British Wheel of Yoga (the governing body of yoga in the UK).
